Fried Boiled Eggs and Chicken

Enjoy this mouthwatering delicious and healthy recipe


Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken (strips) ½ kg
Eggs (boiled) 4
Bread Crumbs 1 cup
Egg 1
Black Pepper 1tsp
Garlic (chopped) 1tsp
Chili Sauce 2tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Red Chilies (crushed) ½ tsp
Oregano ½ tsp
Oil for frying
Method:
• ¬In a pan, boil eggs and cut in 4 pieces.
• Marinate boneless chicken with chili sauce, salt, crushed red chilies, oregano, garlic, black pepper, leave it for half an hour.
• In separate bowls fill plain flour, beaten eggs and bread crumbs
Coat the chicken properly with plain flour, eggs and bread crumbs
• Same procedure apply in eggs.
• Now deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
• Fried chicken with eggs is ready.

Chicken Chow Mein Recipe

Ingredients

  • Chicken 1/2 kg, boneless, cubed
  • Spring onions 1 cup, finely chopped
  • Onion 1 medium, finely chopped
  • Cabbage 1 medium, finely sliced
  • Capsicums 3 finely sliced
  • Carrots 3, julienne cut
  • Bean sprouts 1 cup
  • Ginger/ garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp, powdered
  • White pepper 1 tsp, powdered
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Chicken stock cubes 2, crumbled
  • Corn flour 1 tsp
  • White flour/ chicken stock cube mix 1 tbsp
  • Noodles 1 pkt
  • Soya sauce 3 tbsp
  • White vinegar 3 tbsp
  • Sesame seed oil few drops
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking:

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces in 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp Soya sauce and corn flour for half an hour.
  2. Boil noodles according to package instructions, drain and rinse in cold water, add one tsp oil and mix, to prevent noodles from sticking to each other.
  3. Heat oil in a wok, fry onion lightly, add ginger and garlic paste, stir and add chicken.
  4. Stir-fry quickly till chicken changes color and looks cooked.
  5. Then add vegetables and chicken stock cubes.
  6. Followed by Soya sauce, white vinegar, black and white pepper, salt, sugar and white flour/chicken stock cube mix.
  7. Stir-fry for five minutes, and then mix in the noodles along with bean sprouts and spring onions.
  8. Sprinkle sesame seed oil. Serve hot.

Cheeseburger with Secret Sauce

TOTAL TIME: 20 min

Prep: 15 min

Cook: 5 min

YIELD:4 servings

INGREDIENTS

FOR THE SECRET SAUCE:

1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons ketchup
3 tablespoons sweet relish
Few dashes hot sauce
Pinch garlic powder
Pinch onion powder

FOR THE BURGERS:

1 1/3 pounds ground beef (80-percent lean)
Salt and ground black pepper
8 slices American or Cheddar cheese
4 sesame seed buns, split
Assorted toppings, such as finely chopped red onion, shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes and sliced dill pickles

DIRECTIONS

In a small bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients for the sauce. Set aside.
Preheat a gas or charcoal grill to medium-high heat. Divide the meat into four equal portions and shape them into burgers about 3/4-inch thick. Liberally season the outside of each burger with salt and pepper, then cook them to your liking, about 3 minutes per side for medium, placing two slices of cheese on each burger once they've been flipped.
Serve the burgers on the buns with whatever garnishes you desire and a hearty dollop of secret sauce.

Ingredients


  • 1 tablespoon butter, room temperature
  • 2 slices bread, day old
  • 3 ounces cheese, grated/shredded, room temperature


Directions


  • Heat a pan over medium heat.
  • Completely butter one side of each slice of bread.
  • Place one slice of bread in the pan, buttered side down, sprinkle on the cheese and top with the remaining slice of bread, buttered side up
  • Turn the heat down a notch and cook until golden brown, about 2-4 minutes.
  • Flip and cook until golden brown on the other side, about 2-4 minutes.

Easy Mushroom Grilled Cheese Sandwich Recipe


Cook Time: 40 minutes
Total Time: 50 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 8 ounces cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, chopped
  • 1/4 cup white wine or  broth or 2 table spoon White Vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon truffle oil (optional)
  • 1 cup fontina or gruyere, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano, grated
  • 4 slices bread
  • 2 tablespoon butter

Directions


  • Melt the butter and heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add the onion and saute until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the garlic and thyme and saute until fragrant, about a minute.
  • Add the cremini mushrooms and saute until the start to caramelized and turn golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
  • Add the broth.vinegar, deglaze the pan and cook until most of the liquid has evaporated, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper, add the parsley and remove from heat and let cool a bit.
  • Mix the cheese into the mushrooms.
  • Butter one side of each slice of bread and place 2 in the pan buttered side down.
  • Top each with 1/2 of the mushroom mixture and finally the remaining slices of bread with the buttered side up.
  • Grill until the cheese has melted and the bread is golden brown, about 2-4 minutes per side.
